My house is not really large enough to have a home bar, but I have been thinking of knocking down the wall that separates the kitchen from the living room, and making a breakfast bar there, that could maybe double as a regular bar for when we have guests. And that way, seeing as it would be adjoining the kitchen, the extra
bar faucet might come in handy as well. This in turn might save some space by allowing a single sink unit, and that way gain some space. I believe that this is called 'swings and roundabouts.' Gain on one, lose on the other.
