More Dieting Thoughts.
Speaking of dieting, weight loss pills can be an effective way to go. Added to a good food diet, and appropriate exercise regimen, the ideal method is to try to reduce weight slowly but firmly, rather than a massive weight drop followed by an impossible task of weight loss maintenance. The maintaining of decreases in weight is the part where failure most often occurs, so it is probably best to get a mindset of having a different lifestyle to allow the weight to remain lower.
