Spring Pickup time is here locally. Do you ever feel like just putting all your furniture out by the street for 'spring pick-up of heavy objects', and go out and buy new stuff that all works properly, isn't faded or worn, and can be chosen to match a new colored decor for the room in question? My Hubby goes nuts when I talk like that, because he is a hoarder. If he had his way, we would still be watching the old TV he had 11 years ago when I married him, and that needed someone to get up once in a while and turn the defective tuner switch slightly to bring back the channel.
But, there is a mid-point of agreement somewhere, where I can get some of the new stuff I want, and he won't feel that his whole life is being thrown away. Spacify.com have an interesting coffee table on their homepage, it looks like it is made of red tinted glass for the top, and maybe white colored wood for the leg part. They really do have a great selection of furniture online. And as for the old chinese teak, or is it oak, coffee table we have now, it could become part of the basement rec room furniture.
