Since Valentine's was in the middle of the week, we decided to celebrate it in our own little way on the weekend after. Hubby was working on nights, so my boy and I decided to go on a date without daddy. We went to a movie and watched Bridge to Terabithia. 
Arvin totally loved the movie, it really fit his style. Bridge to Terabithia is a fantasy/adventure story of friendship,family and the power of imagination. I felt so bad because Arvin insists on buying the popcorn and drinks himself, "since it's valentine's, mom...this is my treat!"...he's very sweet. Not very often he will open up his wallet.
Saturday morning, I was awaken by my cellphone ringing. It was my sister, trying to contact me ASAP daw. So I phoned her back thinking what in the world would it be????. She was just excited to tell me that finally, she is allowed to come over! She just got the good news friday morning there, but didn;t phone me until later on.Finally, I would be able to see her again after all those load of paper works to do. I am so excited!!!
Sunday was a little slow here, we decided to go out for a few hours to eat out as again, a celebration of our little valentine, nothing much to say about that:)...I got some flowers and mostly chocolates, but little did they know that most of those chocolates will go to my balikbayan box! hehehehe...overall, our weekend was really cool, one of those weekends worth remembering!

that's so sweet of arvin to treat u! mag ingon ana sad kaha akong mga anak?hehehe! i hope so! he's a good kid & i know that ever since...ur very lucky ate! and although di nakasama c john sa movie nyo, it's stl a great way to spend ur valentine's! it's not only for couples dba? kami nga sama-sama pamilya nagcelebrate,hehehe! love how u look on ur photo w/ arvin, gwafa naman kag samut oi, di na mabangbang atong lahi ani!wahahaha! i hope soon kitakits tayong lahat!!!
